“Needed some mdf sheets to line the inside of a workshop I was building. I decided on built as price was good and being able to pick the delivery slot which is guaranteed. Needless to say delivery was as expected and quality of materials was good. Only slight negative was I ordered 4 batons for extra support and one was quite clearly extremely warped and still sent out....delivery driver even noticed and said any problems to email but would expect material such as the one I received not to be sent out in the first place. Will return.”

“Visited the Built outlet in Aston a few days ago, first visit for me. Friendly staff, very clean site and positively easy to park inside of building, great when weather is bad keeping dry and warm. Only one thing I like to do when visiting building suppliers is to walk around and check out the wares, looking around often reminds me of things that I need other than the purchase just made, catalogues and computers do not do it for me takes to long to browse through.”

“Not Happy, This isn't the first time I've used built. I've spent close to £2000 in materials and again been let down. Ordered on-line on a Friday, chosen a Saturday delivery for the weekend after, had a call on the Wednesday saying they couldn't deliver and then blamed it on a computer error as no drivers.... Please your services needs to greatly improve..”

“There was some sort of disconnect between Built & delivery company so my order of insulation sheet never got dispatched or delivered. Waited in all day today for promised delivery - needed it for tomorrow as builder arriving at 9 to get on with job. Builder can’t fit job in again for 2 weeks so I get to live in chaos till then as daughter’s bedroom floor is up for the work. Customer service person however was very pleasant and tried best to help even though nothing could be done.”
