“Hi, The amount of stock and range is great, and I really like the website and warehouse, its clean, modern and easy to use. The amount of deals that happen are always welcome too. The crux of the service is that you need people to come into branch and pick up, however its very slow, I came in the first time and ordered a fair bit while I was there so that was expected, but on your advice the next time I came I ordered the day before and was told that the order would be picked and grouped together ready for when I collected the next day. It wasn't ready so I had to wait an hour while everything was brought over. I cant really afford to wait for that long as I'm sure you know how precious those hours in the day are! All the staff were really friendly and helpful too, it was quite a pleasant experience. The other thing is that the quality of the exterior ply isnt great, I know its a bad year for it so I'll reserve judgement there for a while! I would change supplier to you in a second if those couple of bits are sorted! Thanks!”

“This place is amazing! The competitive prices and drive-through style accessibility make this one of my cheapest and most efficient shops to date! The idea that I can order and pay online, add my vehicle registration to my Built account, and have the staff know who I am and what I want as soon as I pull in to the pickup bay without having to say a word to anyone is just pure gold!”

“Very impressed with the personal responsibility if there are issues staff are second to none... Items are delivered on time and emails are always offering deals what more can you want I will not go anywhere else Minor gripe is they need just a bit more choice in items but what a great start for a company”

“Always very friendly helpfull staff and very informative to help with querys to make sure you get the correct items for your needs. Extremly clean and tidy building which is clearly laid out. Helpful click and collect system and you always get the feeling that the staff are always willing to help you.”

“Only part of the order was delivered rest of order was out of stock has been over a week now waiting for balance of order have phoned and emailed no reply back from customer services. They promise to call back within the hour but haven’t”
