“Free delivery on a Saturday at short notice. Driver was a few minutes earlier than stated time slot and helped carry four lots of materials into the house. Second time I've used Built. Both experiences good. Will use again. Only issue is limited choice of materials on website.”

“Shopped here twice in 3 days and simply put its like shopping at Argos exept for building materials. Staff are friendly and although had to wait a little while to receive goods, the 20% off all timber deal made it worth the wait. Highly recommended.”

“This was my first time using built. Nice and easy to place order on line with very competitive prices. Was expecting slightly quicker service when I arrived. Had to wait about half an hour to go and collect my order but the guys picking my order were an absolute legend, assisted with loading my car dispite being a very awkward load. One item was out of stock dispite ordering online a week earlier. However the guys sorted me a replacement, and refunded the out of stock item. All in all fantastic customer service at the warehouse, if not a little slow to get started.”
