“couldn’t deliver my order on friday as promised but couldn’t even be bothered to phone . rebooked for monday between 9:30-12:30 still didnt turn up until 2:15 and the items damaged so I wouldn’t bother with them if u need items urgently”

“Pretty poor service Only 3 of my 10 items were delivered as I was told 7 were damaged I was originally told that my items would be delivered 3-4 working days later only to be told nearer the time I would have to wait another week The remaining items were therefore cancelled”

“Great service great stock but a couple of bags of plaster was open but as we had 21 bags not to bad. Was very impressed that everything I asked for the member of staff that I spoke to on the phone knew exactly what I wanted”

“Excellent company, good prices, quick delivery, excellent customer service, would have been 5 stars but had a couple of little issues with delivery mistakes but I have to say they were out right with no problem and an excellent attitude towards customer service. Would 100% use again”

“Contacted to say delivery was delayed. A few hours later, contacted again to say driver was loading up and an item on my order couldn't be fulfilled. Delivery arrived, which I had to help unload. There were also two incorrect items which I refused to accept and they were returned to depot and the promise of a re delivery the same day or following day was made for the incorrect items. No re delivery happened the same day. Edit 12/02/19: the correct replacement items were delivered the next business day. Edit 16/02/19: I've received no contact from the customer services team with reference to the goodwill gesture James has promised and desipte talking to Built a number of times a refund hasn't been processed for the unfulfilled item.”
