“I arrived at the store within my time slot. I was still made to wait 1 hour in the store for my order to be ready. There was a lack of communication between all staff members. All staff members seemed to be waiting for someone else to do the job for them. When I was finally able to collect my order - I was given the wrong length of timber. This led to more waiting while a worker looked for a tape measure to check the length of the timber. It took over 1 hour to collect 5 pieces of timber. It was extremely unprofessional for a builders warehouse.”

“We had an order to collect from the depot and also a larger order delivered to our house later in the week. Excellent service at depot. Delivery was on schedule and the driver very helpful. All round superb.”

“Order process was effortless, tracking was great, then the products arrived. They were on a pallet far too small for the 30 sheets of 2440x1220 plasterboards and the 475kg of plaster and adhesive. This meant as it was been lifted on/off the lorry the plasterboards were all bending and the bottom one has 4 damaged areas where the straps were. I asked the delivery driver if there was a shortage on pallets and he told me this was one of the best he had seen. If products were better packed I would 100% recommend using BUILT to anyone with no caution or advise, now I'd recommend to associates but advise them to check quality of goods when delivered.”

“My review will not count as I'm the only man left in England wjthout a mobile 'phone and your website does not catered for this. However, when I eventually managed to get past this and order everything was OK. Picking up was very easy.”

“Built is nothing less than fantastic in my eyes, easy to order, delivery slot to suit you and the offers pop up are fantastic, even when an offer is not on the locked down prices are cheaper than your local builders merchants even when you get a trade discount! Keep up the fantastic work!”

“I ordered on line the night before, chose my collection time and arrived the following day at the allotted time, I waited around five minutes to be served and was then asked to take my vehicle to the a loading bay where a very friendly young guy loaded my order for, he also asked if I had taken part in the scratch card promotion they were running, he got me a card and I walked away with a set of SDS drill bit, which was a nice bonus. The online ordering was very easy and straightforward and the collection process quick, I would definitely recommend trying Built!”
