“Got the product I wanted, which I normally get from B&Q. B&Q dont stock it anymore, so tried BUILT. Got it from them at less than half the price I paid at B&Q in the past”

“Delivery was missing items which I was only informed of 30 minutes prior to the other items arriving. Waited two working days (plus the weekend) before calling Built and nobody would answer the phone (called at 9.00am). Someone rang me back a couple of hours later to say that they had had a missed call from me and then told me someone would call me back regarding missing items. STILL WAITING !!!!!!!”

“Hi it's the first time I've used built they had a good deal on the mixer I got I drove up from Milton Keynes and when I got to the yard the staff were very friendly and helpful thank you to all Steve dscarpentry”

“Sales executive Adam was great guy, very honest and professional, delivery time was given but unfortunately it wasn’t delivered on time, builders time was wasted, Built need to work on their deliver process... if I leave it will be the reason for late deliveries”

“Very good products and service is fantastic even though there was a bit of confusion over my delivery time and 3weeks for some stringers is a bit steep I was told at the time the order was placed that gave me time to get some from elsewhere.... Stuart and Richard and all the rest of th e staff seem to work well together... driver was great too even if he had to hand ball the load with a little help from us ...all in all great and I would not go anywhere else for any more landscaping materials 👍👍👍”
