No the first time Bulb is my supplier, was happy with them before even happier now.

Excellent, vibrant company, can’t praise them enough. My son introduced us to them. Have now changed our main home and a holiday home over to them.

Whilst Bulb are not the cheapest option for electricity, their App ease of use and customer service are brilliant. They are a green energy supplier which is important to me and you can talk to a human being if you need to. I would and have recommended them to other people.

We changed to Bulb when we moved house and the whole process was pain free, quick and easy. Would highly recommend Bulb. They keep you updated with when and how much they are taking and how your usage is going every month. Never had such up to date information with any other fuel companies before. No pressure either. Well done Bulb.

Bulb is fantastic. It can easily be compared with all the other top providers in the market today. While tey have only one tariff, it does not make much of a difference to me. Adn the rating reflects that.

Best thing about Bulb is everything is on mobile app, you don't need to contact customer service for anything.

We had to increase our prices, as our prices reflect the true cost of energy on the wholesale market. When these rise, we have to change our tariff accordingly.
