Economical and helpful. They are cheaper than EDF and Scortish Power to name only a few. Helpful to those on a budget and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else. ;) Victoria, Gateshead U.K.

Engineer was booked for yesterday 6 January to install smart meeter. No engineer turned up nor did anyone get in touch by phone as I was promised. I left messages asking for clarification but no one came back to me. Of course I understand that maybe with COVID staff was not available, nonetheless this explains my rating as poor for the service

One simple tariff and the 1st generation smart meters are now working, so no need to send Meter Readings. Also 100% renewable electricity from solar, wind and hydro, gas is 100% carbon neutral, good company.

Fine service just a pity in administration. Had to stop Direct Debit and have setup a Standing Order, and asked for January 2022 payment to be taken from credit balance. Please stop the system from emailing me about a payment option, when I cannot tell it I have a payment option of standing order setup.

I love Bulb. I always feel completely informed, the pricing is clear and the customer service reps are always very helpful. I also like that it's green energy.
