Very easy and simple to join. Monthly statements which are easy to understand. Fixed upfront monthly payment with no hidden extras.

Good service. Transparent and honest particularly with prices. Recently moved house and switching over was extremely straightforward and done swiftly.

Been with bulb a few months now and every thing seems fine so far no problems ,the change over was no trouble at all bulb did it all for me and every thing went smoothly. and im quite at the moment to continue with bulb.

I give 4 stars as I have only been with Bulb for a couple of months.I have found however that Bulb are more customer orientated than my previous supplier which is why I turned to Bulb. Time will tell.

I swapped from a previously unhelpful supplier when I moved house to a new build, determined NOT to use the supplier that came with the new place, I took on my daughters recommendation of Bulb. It's so easy!!
