Bulb has been the cheapest and best service i have ever known , i wish i had changed over to them years ago , it wasnt until my son reccomended me to them , and what a surprise.

Have been with Bulb for many years and they are, in my opinion, the best Energy company i have been with. Brilliant customer service and website, helpful and courteous staff, and i Hope sincerely that they can beat the problems they're facing currently, as would be tragic to lose such a good company.

I found Bulb a very good company to be with. It was helpful, fair and honest and had a brilliant site for navigation for anything required, such as customers meter readings, updating direct debits etc. It is sad that Bulb has succumbed to global problems, and I wish all the staff at Bulb all the very best for their future. Really happy with the level of service I received from Bulb. I had a problem with statements not being sent after I had smart meter fitted. I sent email late at night not expecting a response until morning, but within 15 mins I had a response and a resolution to the problem. Very impressed.
