Very nice people in customer service but not good at delivering what they promise. Waiting for my refund for nearly three weeks. Not an inconsiderable sum either!!!

hi I am sorry but the way we have been treated by bulb is beyond words they don't seem to communicate with each dept sending debt letters out when there is no reason to, its been very upsetting its been going on for months very disappointed with this company, you just get passed about with false promises that someone will sort it out and it still goes on.

Don't use this company they never pay you any credit or money that is owed to you when you move house also won a ombudsman investigation where I was awarded £110 never got paid either so I'm total I was ripped off for £160 stay well clear of this company

I can’t comment on their prices but they answer the phone quickly and are good people to deal with. I have been a customer for 18 months, it is all renewable energy and I have been really happy.

We have just moved over to Bulb Energy from Scottish Power and the lady that I spoke to was so helpful and a credit to your company. Think her name was Pretty, and she was pretty damn good. So nice to speak to someone that knows your needs.
