18 months on and still no smart meters installed just keep getting fobbed off with 'not in my area yet but will be soon'. I'm currently sorting out switching.

I'm sorry you're not yet able to have smart meters installed - we want as many people to have smart meters installed as we can, and we're currently working on any of the issues that are stopping our members from being able to have smart meters installed. It was really quick and easy to sign up, and so far I'm paying less for renewable energy than I was with my previous supplier - satisfied customer.

Hi Alan, Thanks for leaving us a review. We're sorry for the unfortunate timing of this price change. We always give our members 30 days notice in advance of a price rise before it goes into effect. Suppliers change their tariff throughout the year. Unfortunately, we can’t give you advance notice because of this. Also, I'm sorry you're having issues with you smart meter. Affordable energy that you can keep a track of on a user friendly APP. Bulb keep you informed regarding their prices and your usage so there's no unexpected bills .

I love being a bulberino. It’s so much easier having one simple package where you don’t get bamboozled with jargon; they have a great app that makes providing a meter reading a breeze; and most importantly, you feel like you’re makibn a positive choice for planet earth.

HAVE TO PREPAY A WHOLE MONTHS BILL, JOINED THEM AS THEY OFFERED A REASONABLE PRICE, THEN THEY INCREASED THE GAS AND ELECTRICITY PRICE TWICE IN 3 MONTHS. JUST DOING COMPARISSONS NOW TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER, FOUND 6 SUPPLIERS ALL CHEAPER THAN BULB.

Gas and electricity wholesale prices have risen have surged to their highest levels since 2018 due to post-lockdown demand, which is why a typical member will now see a slight increase in their billing, paying £1.33 more for their energy a week.
