I only had one sad occasion when a bulb representative let me down, but it hasn't occurred again tho...but since them bulb representatives have always gone the extra mile to help out whenever I needed assistance. Thank you, have a great month ahead. πŸ’―πŸ™πŸΏπŸ˜‡ BLESS

Initial experience to the call centre was awful However subsequent communications with Ed was excellent and system looks very good from a user viewpoint

I have always found Bulb to be very fair with their pricing structure. I hope they can overcome their current problems which would appear not to be of their own making and continue trading

I was originally with Scottish Power when I moved into my property 14 months ago. They were seriously bad and were charging me wrong for electricity. Bulb sorted it out quickly. More recently I had built up a substantial credit of Β£490 and so I requested a lower monthly payment. This was approved within 30 minutes with a repayment of Β£360 which was paid into my account last Tuesday and within 2 days.

Huge fan of bulb they have been super cheap and helpful , easy to reach when I’ve needed to contact them and that’s usually because I’ve got credit to put back in the bank and I’ve recommended many a new customer .

Just moved in a rented property only to find out that it as a pay as you go metor Not what we wanted and after the first week it seems like we are paying over the odds for our Electricity ie our old place use to cost Β£45 pounds PM for gas and electricity Here Β£24 + PW for Electric only 100% increase not happy !!!

Hi James, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the prepayment meters. You are correct that they are slightly more expensive as our direct debit tariff is a little cheaper. You may also be finding it more expensive as the cost of energy has gone up and so our tariff increased on 01/10/21. We can look at exchanging your current meter for a smart meter which we could set up on a direct debit mode so you would be paying monthly. The contact at Bulb handled our update very efficiently and sensitively. Often justifiably, utility suppliers attract bad press due to poor customer service - my experience is Bulb is very different and I hope they can get through the current difficult trading environment. Simon - Bristol
