I was with another large energy company before Bulb and found dealing with them stressful and expensive. In contrast Bulb are super-efficient and my energy matters are completely stressless now. Weirdly my bills have considerably reduced too which makes me wonder what my old company were up to…..I recommend Bulb 100%

Very happy with bulb, customer service good when I’ve had a query, only thing the costs of electricity has went up twice this year hope it will come down soon but overall I would recommend this company

Absolutely dreadful. Avoid at all costs. I have been overcharged by at least £2,000 and haven't had a refund or a proper reply to my many emails. Appalling.

I was with bulb for years then I had a door sales person talk me into changing, I was disappointed with what I had done that I changed back as soon as I was able. Stay with bulb.

Hi Jamie, Thanks for leaving us a review. I'm sorry for the unfortunate timing of this price change. We’ve had to increase our prices because the cost of supplying energy has increased significantly. Wholesale costs are up by 29% since March. DO NOT TOUCH they make it impossible to give u a simple quote they mind as well ask your bra size, shoe size etc for all the personal details they ask

Its great they use green energy and that was one of the reasons i picked them. Billing is easy and i do meter readings to improved the accuracy of the monthly charges. My only negative is in the last 5 months the prices have increased twice

Only been with Bulb since middle March 2021 but already seen a price increase (standing charge from April which they should have known about a month previously when I joined and which they should have at least warned me about or even factored into the monthly cost at that time), and now they're asking for further increase (on June 2021 statment) even though my account is over £100 in credit! The reason they give for the proposed increase is that on each of 2 days (May 16th and June 16th) I used more gas than usual. My response is that gas usage inevitably fluctuates on a dai;y basis and this is not a reasonable excuse to peopose an increase to costs. I've not been with them long enough yet to guage how genuine their promises are. Feeling a little disappointed at this stage.

Unfortunately, we're not able to give our member's any prior warning of price change announcements. However, we do let you know about the changes 30 days before the new tariff takes effect. Am not sure if the customer service team are really customer focused. They seem confused and hardly understand your query. You end up going over and over and over the same question
