They advertise the quickest way to get in touch is by live chat, think again i was number 10 in the queue,its easier to get an appointment with your GP

Have been with bulb for a number of years and never had any problems with them. I'm moving home and had a query with regards to credit that has built up on my account and the response from the customer service adviser couldn't have dealt with and resolved it any more quickly, excellent customer service.
