Bulb are helpful and it's easy to change from another supplier. I am paying a lot less for my gas and electricity so far. I am very satisfied.

Been with them for 4 months, already two price increases . . . I'm currently paying over ÂŁ75 for a 1 bedroom flat. avoid at all costs.

Hi there, We’re so sorry to hear you've been unhappy with our latest price increases. Our tariff reflects the wholesale cost of energy, which is why we've had to put prices up for the second time this year. Wholesale prices have surged to their highest levels since 2018 due to post-lockdown demand, which is why a typical member will now see a slight increase in their billing, paying £1.33 more for their energy a week. Hi Joyce, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. When you signed up with us, did you enter your annual usage? If we don't have that, we estimate your monthly payment and this does need to be adjusted if you're using more. We have a duty not to let you build up debt in the account. I have only been with Bulb for three months, but so far I am very pleased with the service they provide. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

We transferred our account with Bulb to our new home for these reasons: Simple, easy to navigate website, excellent customer service and ethical energy supplier. Not currently the cheapest option for us but I'd rather stay put just for the quality of customer service provision.

Absolutely hopeless customer service. At one point they held ÂŁ48 from me despite admitting that they couldn't trace the money and they owed me it back. Won't be dealing with this company again.

Unfortunately not very impressed so far. Transfer didn’t go as planned. Although a smart meter is now installed, this does not seem to be recognised by the system. Shortly after having ( unfortunately partly transferred) prices have increased making it more expensive that my previous supplier.
