Bulb are by far the best energy company I have ever used. Their website is easy to navigate and they keep customer’s uptodated with the latest information regarding their energy spending and bills. I trust Bulb and have found them a fair and informative company. I would not hesitate going back to Bulb if they re-emerged as an energy company.

Very patchy - some staff excellent and respond to questions and issues rapidly and effectively- others completely out to lunch and go round in circles. I wonder how easy it is for staff to see clearly what other staff have already sorted out on a particular account?

Had a query about our fuel government allowances so used the Bulb Chat. I was 41st in the queue, BUT I didn't wait very long to chat with a real person. My query was answered quickly and efficiently by a very polite and helpful individual. Thank you, Bulb ... couldn't ask for better!
