I recently had to contact Bulb and found them most helpful and attentive . The person I spoke to really couldn't have been more informative and pleasant . They were able to resolve the issue I had contacted them regarding promptly

asked for a partial refund of my credit balance via virtual chat & received the money in bank account 3 days later. Very easy to arrange & great service as usual

Bulb have consistently failed to deliver accurate bills . Even when meter readings are accepted in the web site account they are not showing the next month and are estimated ! Farcical operations and customer service

Bulb have always been a decent supplier. They’ve had their troubles but hopefully have weathered the storm that has seen off many suppliers. They responded quickly to my query, the app is great and accessible. My account is easy to manage, which is perfect!

Excellent and efficent service when I moved in and had to change my supplier unlike SSE who were no help at all. It's easy to see my account and follow my outgoings.
