Bulbs platform is innovative and modern. Excellent customer service. I love the app and how it functions, it really makes paying bills a lot easier.

Been very happy with bulb, was very upset when they went into administration, but since the government have taken over things, the same great service has been provided . No complaints and when I compare what we are paying to what others are paying with other energy supplies, we have a much better deal

Took the mick with my meter readings and changed my direct debit to £211 a month. I live alone in a 2 bed house. Do not recommended

Hi Jenny, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I am sorry to hear you had issues with your meters readings, if you provide us with actual reads we should be using these for the billing. Regarding the changes to your payment, it sounds like we reviewed your payments ahead of our price change which happened on 01/04/22. We needed to review and increase our member's payments to make sure they are covering usage on the new tariff. E V Tarrif between 2.00am and 6.00am is excellent wish the off peak electricity was for longer, e.g. 11.00pm till 6.00am because 4 hours is not enough time to charge my car

I use Bulb because I have never had any problems, giving meter readings is easy and they anwser all emails quickly and friendly

I have been with Bulb for many years. What attracted me was the fact that their electricity is green, renewable energy produced either by solar or wind. I have had solar panels for 11 years and have recently added storage batteries and and an EV charger. I charge my car using EV Tarrif over night, and the storage batteries last me through the night, they then recharge using solar when the sun rises. Any surplus electricity is exported to grid.

We have been with Bulb now for several years with no issues to report. Communication has always been positive. We really hope the Administration situation is sorted soon and we can stay long term with Bulb
