Pretty good with the pay monthly option easy to use and easy to access bill payments online to see if you have overpaid etc.

Very easy to use. Pay as you go when you read your own meter. No paying for electricity you haven’t used and claiming money back!

I find bulb so cheap I left to go to southern electric they where awfull drained MY machine .I hardly top up my gas .I love bulb as its friendly towards the planet also.we love the fact its green .thanks bulb .

I left bulb to another supplier and went back to bulb. The other supplier (octopus) doubled my payments in first month with bulb I manage my account using the app and it works.

I have not been with bulb long but chose them as they are more environmentally aware and the price was a bit better to. Doing meter readings much easier than my previous supplier.

I haven't been using Bulb for very long. We recently moved and was looking for cheaper suppliers...added bonus with bulb are they are green as well... Win, Win. Was easy to change supplier as Bulb did it for me. Didn't give 5 as need to use them longer
