Seem to the best supplier at the moment but needs an online top up payment online for us card meter customers .

We are with Bulb already for years because we like them. Good communication, intuitive app, and easy to follow yr use and adjust the monthly payments. A pity their business model didn't fit the market. Worry what the future will bring for us.

Every time you ring they cut you off mid call or pretend they can't hear you. I'm not even with bulb but they are sending letters saying I owe them money. Never heard of them until now. Try to ring 4 times and they cut me off each time

Reliable customer service; competitive tariffs for gas and electricity. A reasonable export price for home generated electricity, although this rate has not risen, although other prices have risen sharply.

Extremely customer-friendly and, in my experience, efficient; its app has worked well for me, for example in enabling me to check back on previous billings and payments; strong environmental credentials.

I was worried when Bulb went into administration but I needn't have worried and I will continue to use them. They offer goof value in these trying times and great communication too. If I want to change anything in my account it's simply a few clicks away, no fuss, no hard sell by Bulb either they are on our level! I do hope they can continue in the current form and wish all the people working for them at the moment all the best, thank you.

It's difficult to really make a good judgment on bulb at the moment due to the fact that everyone is struggling with their company suppliers because of the cost of fuel prices and to be honest if i could i probably would have switched companies by now but having said that since I've recently changed to a smart meter i have found it to be a lot easier to control what is being used
