Having inherited the connection with bulb when moving to a new flat, I have been positively surprised (positively!) by the speed of responses and their accuracy. In short, very happy.

I recently queried with Bulb the amount of credit they were holding against my account and yet they wanted to increase my monthly payment. I received a prompt and detailed reply giving me several options. This helped considerably and in reply I made a couple of suggestions on how they might help customers with future bills. I can't fault Bulb and wish all their staff well in these difficult times.

I was so pleased when I moved to Bulb. Their Customer Services are great. I put in a reading each month which is acknowledged and they keep my payments updated as necessary. A great service overall. Very sad they will no longer be.

I'm really pleased with the level of customer service from Bulb - they responded very quickly and resolved my issue with payment no questions asked. I was really pleasantly surprised by how efficient they are and while I'd obviously be much happier if these price hikes were not happening, as far as customer service goes I think Bulb are excellent.

Quoted £78 per month on signing up, first direct debit came out £143! Then this month they billed me £300 for gas when i don't have a gas supply with Bulb. Online chat not very helpful. Spend 15 mins on hold on the phone line for them to then cut me off. Would not amend my bill until they sorted the incorrect gas supply, even though they accepted it was an error. Took the money and i'm still waiting for my refund. £300 right before Christmas.

Have had no problems with bulb since I joined in 2018, prices were good and they kept me well informed about things. Was very disappointed when I heard they were in trouble and being taken over.

Great company, have been very happy with it. I appreciate it is difficult to forecast how much energy a household uses, would have given 5 * but due to being very much in credit, lost a star. Sorry, it hasn't worked out for Bulb to carry on.

Always courteous and helpful over the phone. only downside is I didn't get responses when I sent messages through their portal.
