Rang up with a meter issue problem through my own fault and couldnt of been more helpful and understanding. Easily fixed the issue and answered my further questions regarding my energy usage with great advice and efficency. Cannot fault the service received.

Had a issue with meter readings considering it was newly fitted. Joe contacted me and said it will be dealt with by the end of the working day. True to his word he contacted me at the end of working day and sorted the issue, also with compensation! Brilliant customer service!

Telephone call good but email facility not so good wasn't able to send meter readings and not able to open email containing update bill

The lovely, extremely patient, courteous and efficient Liam dealt with me when I phoned for help. I was SO IMPRESSED with his expertise and the manner in which he helped me. I am very happy with Bulb and the serviceI get from them. Things are wobbly now but I do hope things will work out favourably, go Bulb.

Hi Ruby, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry you find our tariff too expensive. We had to increase our prices in October as the wholesale cost of energy increased. We are not able to absorb these higher costs and so our prices also have to rise.
