Went onto my bulb account and find we are £5600 in credit!! No notifications from bulb. Have spent hours trying to sort it out on the phone with bulb, they say I have to submit 3 months of gas meter readings to claim the refund and no I can’t speak to a supervisor!!! I have to wait for a supervisor to call me, I’ve insisted on holding for one but have been on hold for an hour now. They are totally dodgy, steer clear.

Due to unprecedented market conditions, Bulb can do nothing to alleviate price increases. However, they continue to keep customers regularly informed as to their accounts and this is appreciated. Stick with them.

I was so unhappy on learning that Bulb had got into difficulties and had to go into administration / special measures.I have been so pleased with Bulb since joining them some 3 or4 years ago. I really like being a Bulb customer as they come across to me as a caring company,who keep you informed and fully informed via their app, of your day to day useage and help to advise you when needed.I am not sure what is to happen in the long term to Bulb,but since their administration have run and looked after me as a customer in exactly the same manner.I hope things can be done to help save Bulb from totally disappearing.Another big point is the fact that their supplied energy is Green and environmentaly freindly.I still wish wnd hope that I can continue to be a Bulb customer and that their problems can be overcome.A very good,,honest company.

I have been with bulb for a while and have not had any issues. I send a monthly meter reading and any contact I've had with customer services has been friendly and positive

The Bulb app is wonderful. I upload my readings each month and can view payments and statements. Their online chat is helpful.

Costs have risen and we can only except this. But we are finding it extremely hard to understand the billing, it does become confusing.

Have been with other electric companies, and Bulb is by far, the best. Thank you for your instant chat when I call. Plus, Bulb operators all speak English. Well done. Your website is also very easy, and I manage to give you a meter reading monthly. Regards Mrs Campbell.
