Only switched a few months ago. Haven’t had any issues. Easy to switch and their energy seems to be genuinely green.

I’m having problems with my electricity I put £5 on the other day to cover my emergency and then about an hour or so later every thing plunged into darkness my fridge freezer and everything went off but when I tried putting the key back in it just said I had nothing on the meter even though I had just put £5 on I had to lend money to get it back on ?

Been with bulb for a few years but had to move to British gas during house move. Could not wait to get back for reasonable prices and great customer service. Which British gas is the opposite.

I understood I would have a long period of a very Competitive Monthly Payment and now I am being pressed to Pay Payments that ARE HIGHER THAN my PREVIOUS PROVIDER !!

So far I have had excellent service from Bulb. My Bills are easy to understand and, as long as I submit my readings in time, the statement arrives promptly. Personally, I would recommend them at present.
