Bulb, an energy company that has been a revolution in the energy market, providing good service and advice. When it comes to the service, I think they provide an excellent one, would recommend them.

I have always found Bulb, to be considerate, competitive and with very good communication. I am sad to see them go. I hope the new set up with Octopus is as good.

I am very happy with Bulb, they have good communication with their customers and so far I have managed to keep in credit with my bills.I have yet to see what will happen after April when bills go up yet again here's hoping the increase can be kept to a minimum.

No gas for 3 months! They can’t sort out their own meters! Shocking company, worst I’ve ever felt with! Can’t move company until I’ve sorted the problem, probably be another 3 months…total joke ….Avoid

I was told my credit would be put on my new smart meter after 48 hours, as it was the weekend, it did not go on, as a result most of the food defrosted in my freezer.

I'm sorry for your recent experience and that you’re unhappy regarding what you were told about the balances transferring to the new Smart Pay As You Go meters. We aim to provide the highest level of service to our members at all times, so we’re sorry that wasn’t the case in this instance. When a new smart meter is installed the balance is usually automatically transferred within 48 hours, however, this automated process can sometimes take up to 5 working days. I am sorry that this has not happened. I have checked the notes from the engineer and have moved the balances across to your new meters. I've also sent you an email directly from myself, so if you want to discuss this issue and the matter of compensation, then please reply to me there and hopefully, we can come to a resolution. Really great company to deal with. Customer Service is first-class. When I email them with a question, they get back very quickly and sort it. Cannot complain, only praise. And no, I don't work for Bulb. No connection at all

The employee was ok. However they said they sent a email for additional information I’m peeing blood. I’m on esa that’s part of universal credit. I only want a display meter and a engineer to change my smart meter to a come out
