Good prices, easy to manage online account, customer services are great and editing my payments has been easy. The bills are a little confusing at first but you get used to it. Only problem I had was I had a smart meter installed and they never sent me a bill for 3 months, by the time they replied to my emails asking about it, I had incurred a debt of over £80 and my month bills went up above £50 in order to repay the debt and my normal monthly usage...

Don't use, the customer service is poor. We want to change to a smart meter, we got fobbed off with an excuse and now they do not offer them. We are going to switch soon.

I'm sorry to hear you've had these issues with your smart meter installation - we do indeed still install smart meters for those who are eligible, but we wouldn't be able to install one if, for example, you already have a first generation (SMETS1) smart meter installed by another supplier that we are not able to communicate with. I have been with a few energy companies but bulb by far is the best one! Great monthly prices and so easy to find out what you need to know. Highly recomend bulb.
