Moved into my property 3 months ago, Bulb are continuously trying to charge us extortionate rates. 2 people in a 2 bed?! We were paying £60-70 in our last property, now Bulb are charging £170?!! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired too.

It can sometimes be that our estimates of your usage can be a bit out, as these are based off of the previous occupiers' usage. So easy to transfer from previous provider to Bulb. The app is really easy to set up and record usage to date. Really handy to submit a monthly reading so no shockingly high quarterly bills appear. Good price for electric and gas combined.

I had an easy switch to Bulb recently, everything straightforward. Bulb regularly emailed me to update me on the process.

I have two accounts with bulb and they helped me set the app up to manage both. They allow you to review your payments based on your monthly usage. Customer services have always been helpful when I have got in contact

Prior to joining agreed to change my meters but have never followed through. I have complained but they just gloss over it and ignore me. Will be changing suppliers soon they have had long enough

I joined bulb to save money before I'd even been connected officially they put the prices up within the secound month of being with them they put the prices up again meaning my old supplier was cheaper but now trapped in a contract with bulb I'm still awaiting my smart meter. the app is okay but no very accurate to be honest I wish I never changed and when my contract runs out will definitely be changing

Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. We’re sorry to put prices up for the second time this year, at a time that we know is difficult for lots of our members. As our tariff reflects the true cost of energy, we do have to increase our prices when the cost of energy on the wholesale market increases. At Bulb, we don't have any contracts or exit fees, so you're never tied in with us and can change whenever you want. I think they are the best for electric and gas. They are easy to read bills. You can adjust your payments each month and they have smart meters which are very handy!!!!
