All good so far, although I have only been a customer for the last few moths. I wsa not impressed with how you dealt with my first bill,estimate,however things appear more settled now.

Hi Dean, Thanks for leaving us a review. We’re sorry to put prices up for the second time this year, at a time that we know is difficult for lots of our members. Wholesale prices - those that energy firms pay for gas and electric - have surged to their highest levels since 2018 due to post-lockdown demand, which is why a typical member will now see a slight increase in their billing, paying £1.33 more for their energy a week. The app is OK. I am always hoping to find a company that tells you your annual consumption of gas and electricity. I’m not sure if bulb tells me this - I can’t easily find that info on the app. I am not sure if their energy is cheap to ge honest. It wasn’t the cheapest when I did a market comparison but I was tempted by the £50 if I was referred by a friend. My friend talked me into it.

Despite me informing you that I live in France and that my apartment in the UK will not be used very often, in fact with covid restrictions I cannot come to the UK you continue to charge me over £80 a month for electricity . This is madness .

I have only been with bulb a couple of months but feel I am not getting taken advantage of financially like when I was with the big guns companies. I also appreciate the monthly update on usage so I know exactly what I owe instead of a big shock every three months.

Switched to Bulb as the previous occupiers used them for their property. Although Bulb's rates are much lower than our previous supplier, this is not reflected in our bills because the previous occupier used a lot of energy compared to us. We have to pay a large amount each month based on this usage which has built up a huge amount of credit on our account. This is frustrating as Bulb really does have great rates! Other than that, the app is easy to use, and Bulb keep us updated with regular emails and letters.

Having worked in the energy industry, (Shell and Green star energy) I knew that Bulb provided excellent service to their customers, so I had to join them, and I have not been disappointed!

I signed up for a year duel fuel contract. You decided to make the rate more expensive in between me committing and the date you would take over from my existing supplier. Shocking and terrible customer practice!

Unfortunately, the cost to supply energy has continued to rise and we need to increase our prices to reflect this. At Bulb, we don’t have fixed-term contracts, or charge exit fees. So you’re free to change suppliers at any time. We let you know about any tariff changes 30 days before the new tariff takes effect. This gives you time to make a decision about whether you'd like to stay with Bulb. I have been with bulb for over 5 years and have been very happy with the service and the ease of the app to see what you have used and what you have spent. You also get updates if the price is going up and another change. Very pleased with everything.
