I went into this thinking it was going to be a PAIN, but they are THE BEST ENERGY PROVIDER EVER. Their customer service is top-notch. You speak to a REAL person and they're very understanding. I'll be recommending them to everyone. Cheers Bulb!

Over priced . 90 pounds a month and I hardly use electric as I work all night and sleep all day . Rip off

Very Happy with service provided. Since one of our tenants signed up to Bulb on a flat we rent out a good few years ago the subsequent tenants have all stayed with them so am assuming they have all been happy as never reported a problem. Also when we have been between tenants it has been really easy to contact Bulb and transfer the accounts over to us with no problems. All the people we have spoken to at Bulb have been extremely helpful.

Hi M.j, Thank you for writing your review of Bulb. Since we last changed our prices in May, wholesale costs are up a further 28%. We base our tariff on the true cost of energy so as the wholesale market changes, I'm afraid we have to change our costs in line with this. I’m having problems with my electricity I put £5 on the other day to cover my emergency and then about an hour or so later every thing plunged into darkness my fridge freezer and everything went off but when I tried putting the key back in it just said I had nothing on the meter even though I had just put £5 on I had to lend money to get it back on ?

I’m more than happy with Bulb. The prices are good, I’m kept up to date with any changes, and everything happens exactly when they say it will. Can’t fault!

We always aim for the highest level of service, and it seems like you haven't experienced that. With regards to our price increases, sadly wholesale costs have more than doubled in the last year, so we've had to pass this on in our tariff. Bulb keep putting their prices up every 2 minutes. They always reply by saying it isn't us its the wholesellers. Well, that is rubbish. Bulb charges 15p a unit for economy 7 EDF charge 10p. Wait for it Bulb will remove this post. And if they do I will post it on Trust Pilot and also say about removing . I am an account holder until my switch

These increases are mainly driven by rising gas costs and we’ve had to pass this on in our tariff. I am very happy with Bulb. I have an old gas meter with difficult access, so unfortunately i have not been able to have a smart meter, so i rely on taking meter readings. Bulb remind me punctually to give my meter redings and so far i have not missed them, which was an unfortunate mistake with my last supplier, and so i was evetually paying them more than double. Bulb have saved me a fortune, and i expect that even when price hikes happen, they will still be cheaper. Thanks, and happy to be your customer.
