They are reliable and consistent in both the supply and billing of our electricity and providing the feed in tarrif (FIT) for our solar panels.

Simple. cheap. Ish. Customer service available, not in India. Apps work well. Prompt for meter reading, while giving old reading so you know what figures to give and which to omit. Clearing bills. But forever trying to force smart meters down your throat

I was attracted to Bulb due to their renewable energy policy and fair and transparent tariff . They supply my electricity and process the FIT payments for my solar PV installation and are easy to communicate with . So far the decision to switch from Co-Op energy to Bulb has been vindicated and I am happy to recommend them .

totally green electricity - but not yet gas (I don't count off-setting / REGOs) - hence only 4 stars. good at communicating in easy to understand way installation of solar PV went without a hitch

Bulb service is very good but prices increased twice in as many months. It is now much more expensive than many other providers and I am seriously considering switching

I can’t say I have been overly impressed so far. My account has more than £200 in credit so I requested a refund a week ago. I am still waiting.

So far so good, 1st time I've had a successful switch, very simple process well informed throughout the switch by the Bulb team. Statementing has been good and clear to see usage & cost.

Bulb is very good with explaining what and how much I have used. It is very easy to monitor how much energy I have used and update my meter readings.

Seem to be very caring and have more confidence in them compared with the other outfits in this industry. They are expensive, but against that they seem reasonably efficient and pleasant to deal with
