Excellent service provided when I switched electricity supplier. Bulb always keep me up to date via E Mail so there are no nasty surprises and I can keep a continual eye on my usage and amend payments where necessary. Highly recommend this company. The company is also highly focused on protecting the planet.

so far so good! My monthly payments are less than my previous supplier. Bulb sends me a monthly reminder to send my meter readings in (British Gas didn't). So I'm very happy with Bulb. Nigel Webb

I was a customer of Bulb at my previous address and was very happy with their service and procedures. When I moved house I continued with the energy provider that the previous occupant had used, but I soon grew frustrated with their system and therefore reverted to Bulb again, Its like making contact with and old friend again.

I have just moved to Bulb recently and had some problems with my meter. Number which was down to my last suppliers. I have to say that bulb handled the situation superbly and most of all kept me informed of the situation almost daily. Superb customer service
