I have nothing but praise for Bulb They have been very helpful to in answering all my questions. I have had smooth Change over at the time of the financial change over.

Why do you just send blanket e-mails about price increases ? I repeatedly ask for someone to ring me to discuss them. You repeatedly tell me you have put a note for the future on my file. When we talk, we reach a satisfactory conclusion, but why is the discussion always customer lead ? Make a note ; it’s good to talk

I’ve been with bulb for a few year now & have no complaints so far. Send in my readings every month & within a few days bill is updated. Used live chat to query my direct debit increase and was happy with information I was given.

Meter has been broken for over a month. Customer service is terrible. Chat features are worthless and there is no follow-up from Bulb. Still have not had meter replaced and they expect me to pay a bill for unknown usage. How is this company even in business.
