Smoothest transition ever. First time I didn't have to call to fix issues with account opening. I think it's a bit more expensive than other options but worth it to me since I greatly value the lack of hassle.

It’s difficult to get a message through to a human! My tennant left the Uk owed some money on account and your still chasing me!!!

Transferred over to Bulb again when we moved house. Very easy transition and all set up again at new home. Really pleased with Bulb for both our Elec & Gas

I'm afraid wholesale costs have increased a further 28% since our last price increase in May, and more than doubled in the last year so we’ve had to pass this on in our tariff. They are a green energy company that robs you. I guess that's only slightly better than a non-green energy company that robs you.... They also demand that you get a Smart Meter to spy on your household usage.

Hi Taylor, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm afraid wholesale costs have more than doubled in the last year. These increases are mainly driven by rising gas costs and we’ve had to pass this on in our tariff. Service is ok, but I am constantly spammed about communications by email or SMS. With regards to things like price changes, T&Cs and also Smart Meters. I have contacted them to stop these spammy communications but they seem to have increased in frequency. Note: I have no control over installing a smart meter, so please stop asking me to get one.

Would like to give nil stars. Dishonest, exploitative and generally unpleasant. Charged peak rate for low rate night time usage having accepted previous tenants economy 10 bill. When challenged, avoidant and then aggressive and threatening. My worst experience of an energy company by far.
