Such a shame about the financial state Bulb finds itself in. They have been a great company for our energy supplies

Problem with smart meter not functioning. I emailed Bulb Help and had a response within 2 hours. Unfortunately, the problem could not be fixed and I have been referred to the Meter Team whom I hope will contact me quickly to resolve the matter. Bulb puts the customer first and provides excellent service in these difficult times.

I've been with Bulb for sometime now. No problems whatsoever. When I had a little too much credit I notified them and a refund was put into my bank very quickly.

Bulb has to be the best energy supplier. 1) the website is simple and straightforward. 2) There are no complicated and misleading procedures. 3) The support team are friendly and helpful.

I have had no problems with bulb. They installed smart meter quickly and very friendly service. I’ve had to do an online chat about an issue and was resolved right away.

Customer services at Bulb are exceptional. I contacted them out of office hours hoping to receive a response the next working day but to my amazement I was contacted within the hour, by a named member of staff. I was informed that the query would be looked into and Bulb would get back to me, which they did the next day and the issue was resolved.

Good communication, bills are easy to understand. Found them much easier to work with than my previous supplier. I also like the fact that the electricity is all from renewable sources.

I used to like it when I started but not anymore. Every month I have to waste my time on letting them know that I want direct debit (exact amount going from my bank account) nothing more or less. Every month I ask them to send my extra money back as I have to pay other bills. My bank history is going rubbish just because Bulb deducting extra £200 from my account. I'm so disappointed. Hopefully, I'll find some other supplier.

Excellent service provider. You can regulate your monthly payments without fuss. Would recommend to anyone. Helpful and transparent system, and site is easy to navigate.
