Have had no problems after switching to Bulb a few years back. I contacted them last week after receiving my forecasted payments under the new increased energy price cap. I laid out several points which I felt justified a review of the forecast. The response from Bulb was very quick and a revised forecast was provided and implemented immediately. Thankyou Bulb, top marks for Customer Service.

Bulb make stuff easy. To speak to a member of their team. To send meter readings, to adjust payments or to ask questions- it’s really simple and their team are polite.

I have been with been with bulb few years now and never had a problem with them. If you ask for a refund they send it streight away.

Hi, When I emailed my concern about not being able to enter my meter readings using the website, the customer relations were very efficient in getting back to me to say that they entered them into my account for me after receiving them from me in my email. Regards. Geddes Burns.
