I find it alot better when you can actually speak to someone. Then when they are very helpful it makes it so much easier

Totally disappointed with bulb. Phoned them to get my credit of over £900 refunded to me. They said yes then no need meter readings even after taking umpteen readings. Still waiting. Quick to take your money but not so to return it 😡

I'm always impressed with Bulb's customer service team - they reply to emails so quickly. I also like how easy it is to use the app

I've been with bulb for several years now although it's in the process of change i have had no reason to complain and find the staff extremely helpful and obliging when an issue arose with my meter
