Excellent service and rates (unit costs) are simplified. Only draw back is paid in advance rather than paying in full what is due.

I have been delighted with Bulb since I joined two years ago. Their thoughtful, clear and helpful communications added to green energy and value for money have been a great comfort to me in this uncertain world as I near 90 years old. I do hope very much that previous news about problems will somehow be remedied and that I will be able to continue with Bulb as my supplier of choice.

Moved to Bul#b about 3 years ago, following a huge mistake by British Gas of not setting up my direct debit properly and handing me an invoice for about £500 - had no issues with Bulb, far from it and would highly recommend them.

Having received a statement with a gas bill which was clearly in error by several thousand pounds, I was impressed with the speed by which this issue was rectified after I contacted Bulb. From initial shock and disappointment to an efficient resolution in the space of a couple of hours, Bulb really recovered my customer satisfaction by delivering the right outcome.

My request for a credit refund was dealt with immediately I was given options and the money was in my bank the next day so I was very pleased and so glad to be a bulb customer, I hear some people don’t get such swift service from their supplier.
