Had to switch from a previous supplier to Bulb, the change was relatively smooth with a few teething issues which were resolved gracefully. The services received so far have been nothing short of satisfactory plus their mobile app which I use to top up is exceptionally simple and quite easy to use!

They take payment in advance. In the summer I use a lot less and they still Want to take direct debit payment for the winter in advance. I don’t see why I can’t pay for what I use now and built credit for the winter.

To be fair on a pre- payment meter so don't notice any savings at all.

Done nothing but hike prices up within a a week or so of joining and has it done again since and ive only been with them 6 month if that. Will be swapping soon.

Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. We’re sorry to put prices up for the second time this year. Wholesale prices - those that energy firms pay for gas and electric - have continued to increase so we have to reflect this in our tariff too. With this most recent price increase, a typical member will now pay £1.33 more for their energy a week. Very good service. Invoices come to time and Meyer has been read as requested. Change to Bulb went without any problems, Bulb even dealt with my old supplier which some other would not do. So far my payments equate roughly to costs. Previously l was often in credit to a lot of money which meant l had always paid for power l had not used.

Up to yet, it’s been a brilliant supplier. Easy to set up and send in my meter readings. I always send them in a couple of days before. Up to yet my credit has increased , but it is summer. I expect it to be dearer in winter months

They keep me up to date with offers and information ect regularly via email which makes me feel that I am in control of my account.

I left EDF dual fuel to g with bulb after they quoted me a cheaper direct debit amount a month only to then find out 4 months later EDF still had my gas supply with them because bulb failed to carry it over. What a mess you can't speak to anyone directly just web chat.
