Hi there, Thanks for giving us your feedback. I am sorry you have been unhappy with the changes in your payments. On April 1st our prices rose in line with the price cap. Due to this, we reviewed our member's payments to ensure your usage would be covered with the increase in tariff. This has meant your monthly direct debit may have been increased. Issue with smart meter and some confusion with my latest bill - contacted customer service and they are very helpful and understanding. Situation not resolved on the call however next steps clearly outlined together with timeframe couldn’t ask for more than that

I have been using bulb now for three years. I like it because it’s clean energy. They always inform me if there is any changes in prices. Good energy Company. I would recommend.

The on line chat isn’t very good should you need to sort out monthly payments, however after sending an email it was only few days before I received a reply and it was helpful and met my needs.

It’s great to get through to people on the phone and not have to go through an email, that really is important to us. Everyone spoken to over the last few years has been first class, extremely helpful and professional being patient and warm at the same time. The account emails are simple, easy to access and understand. Well done Bulb.
