Been with Bulb since October this year. Love the app, so straightforward. A big bonus is being able to quickly connect to a human being, and receiving prompt replies. This is so refreshing and welcome after experiencing the opposite with another supplier for a number of years.

BULB refuse to refund my accounts that are in credit. I have now been left with no choice but to issue legal proceedings and employ bailiffs if necessary to recover my cash. This is in court now. A disgusting company who are holdng on to customer's money illegally and should be ashamed during this time of economic crisis.

I have been with Bulb many years now and have always spoken to extremely helpful people when the need has arisen. Everyone is knowledgeable and considerate. Your app is easy to use ,even for a pensioner like me! I wish all the employees a lovely Christmas and truly happy New Year.

I’ve always found Bulb excellent. They’re communication with me, such as updates on usage, direct debit, providing a meter reading etc. getting in contact by email was also superbly efficient and answered very quickly, with my query sorted out quickly. I hope the move to Octopus is equally as good from a customer facing point of view

Whenever I have had to deal with the staff at Bulb, they have always been very professional and helpful. I was a bit short one month and had over £400 in credit, so I asked for some of that back to get me through the month, and the money was in my bank withing a couple of days. Very impressed with the service.

Hi Sean, Thanks for sharing your Reviews.io review. I'm very sorry to hear that you’ve had problems receiving your Energy Bills Support Scheme payment. We understand that these are very difficult times that we’re in currently. We aim to provide the highest level of service to our members at all times, so we’re sorry that wasn’t the case in this instance. Looking at your account I can see that your EBSS payment was added to your meter on 11 December. I've sent you an email directly from myself, so if you want to discuss this issue further then please reply to me there and hopefully, we can come to a resolution.

Was very frustrating over the last 6 months could not go into my account, I then find problems that need sorting out, them 2 weeks ago whoopee at long last we are able to enter our account. Immediately I telephoned for help and within 2 days the gentleman I was dealing with sorted our problem out immediately. RARE THESE DAYS. Thanks for your brilliant support
