Just joined from being with British gas for 15yrs. Moved home and thry got everything sorted for me and are far cheaper

No I wouldn't give your customer service one Star for, they ignored me, 5 emails and not one reply. I will switch soon ASP

I think Bulb is great the service first class the web site very easy too use would recommend the company although of course i would prefer my bills cheaper but overall a good company

Have only been with Bulb a few months, but everything is made very easy to understand and I know that I can always reach someone on the phone if need be. Now that gives my age away!!

Was very disappointed at getting no where with getting a smart metre installed. Due to the pandemic everything was put on hold and I am no further forward today than almost a year ago. Prices rising all the time is never good either especially when people are struggling.

Hi Mark, I'm sorry we've not managed to get you smart meters installed yet. Our engineers are back working at full capacity, so we can definitely look into this for you now.
