Only recently joined Bulb as moved house and so far very positive. Haven't really had the time to assess whether they are the most cost effective but from a customer service perspective no issues.

Disappointed 2 days after swapping over price of tariff was increased. Would have been nice to know before making the swap as it may have influenced my decision. Rest of the swap was seamless will stick with Bulb for now.

Every thing is good so far I was worried when it went up but Ive just checked Octapus and they are more expencive than bulb just now So Im happy
