Good communication,and easy to understand .When l phoned with a problem, it was delt with quickly by a very pleasant and helpful person, who explained how the problem had happened, and reassured me that l nothing to be concerned about. Excellent service.

I have been with Bulb for some time and have always been very happy with the service I received. They have been very responsive to any queries and always helpful. Their App works very well allowing me to monitor my account very easily.

I have been with Bulb since 2022 and the service I have had is second to none, between sending e-mails to phoning them their help has been perfect. I also asked for a refund as i had built up credit in my account and, there again was dealt with very promptly

I have used numerous electricity companies and Bulb is singularly the best that I have ever dealt with. 😁 They are always friendly and helpful. They have one tariff and I don’t have to sign up to a contract. I want you to stay just as you are. 😁💙🌻

Not content with email responses and the customer services lack of empathy with regards to who an EBSS Jan payment to. I believe it should come to me as the new account holder from 2 Jan.

Hi Carol, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us here on Reviews.io. When it comes to the government's Energy Bills Support Scheme payments it was decided the 1st of the month would be the eligibility date. This is the case for all energy suppliers. This means that if you moved into a property or switched energy supply on 2 January, you would not be eligible for the Energy Bills Support Scheme from us. However, you would be eligible to collect this from your old property or previous energy supplier who you were with on 1 January. I hope this clears this up, but I have also sent you an email directly from myself, so if you want to discuss this issue further then please reply to me there and hopefully, we can come to a resolution. Bulb is the best energy company i have ever been with. The fact that they were a green energy company, had the best and most efficient customer service….. ….. with very little waiting time to speak to an operator. They were genuinely helpful to customers who were experiencing difficulties and also for customers with disabilities, like myself. I was also able to apply for Warm Home Discount with Bulb, which was one of the reasons I switched to their company, and certainly with no regrets. Saddened that Bulb didn’t survive through the energy crisis and that we are all heading to be taken over by Octopus. I do hope Octopus reads our reviews and continues the good work that Bulb laid down.

Poor service from bulb, i have an estimated DD of £180 with no ability to reduce this amount even though my account is over £700 in credit. This is due to getting a new Gas meter fitted so now don't have the ability look at the history of my energy use.

I contacted Bulb for urgent updates to our Electric account and was very impressed by both their chat line and customer service helpline. My request was implemented straightaway and I had an email with a pdf attachment sent to me within about 30 mins of asking. I appreciate the request was unusual and was super pleased and relieved to receive it. Thank you. P.S. We communicated by chat, email and telephone!

Normally very happy. But wasn’t happy when I didn’t receive a statement for my energy bill December to January, instead I got a statement from when I moved in, in April till January. But hopefully I’ll get a proper bill January to February.
