Great at helping us out on electricity but not gas which is so high at the moment ,it would be gratefully recieved

I’ve been with Bulb for over four years now and have no cause to complain about them at all. My bills were very low for ages until all the price hikes, and then, of course, they had to go up. Bulb have obviously added the fuel discount allowance now, but they have also lowered my bills again without being asked because I have accumulated a certain amount of credit. I would recommend Bulb as a company.

I have been with Bulb many years now and have always spoken to extremely helpful people when the need has arisen. Everyone is knowledgeable and considerate. Your app is easy to use ,even for a pensioner like me! I wish all the employees a lovely Christmas and truly happy New Year.

I have given the 5* to the lady who helped me at overseas call centre, resolved my excess credit buildup and returned my money to me as promised in three days. I initially used your chat facility as advised by you, three times I sent messages NO RESPONSES waste of time and effort and rather frustrating.
