I was on £120 credit with bulb in last month. I asked bulb to reduce monthly payments and bulb refused. So I switched another supplier get that credit back. On my final bill bulb estimated reading on gas £180 even though I provided a meter reading and they had access to my smart meter. I already provided with opening reading with new company. So for the gas I am using I already paid to bulb. Bulb demanding another £60 on top and threats of If i cancell my direct debit I will face admin fee (of undisclosed amount). I wrote to bulb. No reply. Is bulb in finacial difficulty to they use customer's misuse direct debit facility? My bank account direct debit system is not a piggy bank for bulb to misuse. If I go to ombudsman i have wait 8 weeks before I register a complaint. That is how long bulb have to play with my money on their account. Does bulb pay any compensation for missornary they put through customers (admin fees should apply both ways)? I don't think this is billing error. Bulb delibratly hold on to my money and asking for more the more money when I haven't yet to use the gas this winter and bulb don't even supply my house from last month. Stay away from bulb.
