Switched from my supplier British Gas when I moved recently as Bulb already supplied the fuel at my new place. Staff on the phone were very pleasant and made sure it all went smoothly.

Set up a direct debit with you as z new customer and you took 2 direct debit amounts customer service hung up on me twice email lady said it was bank fault even though I sent a picture of the 2 amounts came out my bank. But the social media man Carl was brilliant.

The bulb website and apt is brilliant you can see each day how much electricity you are using on a chart fed straight from the smart meter. There customer service is as most Web based Company done over the Internet but they deal with your query very quickly.

I have left a review one or two weeks ago about my bad experience with bulb from past 6 months. However, Bulb has addressed my issue again and my review was answered. I am happy that I was heard finally. A customer first desire is to be dealt without too many emails and calls as we are all working people. Thank you Bulb
