I have been with Bulb a number of years and find their service first class. I was with one of the big energy firms before but I always had problems with their customer services, however Bulb’s customer service is excellent and their website easy to use.

Whilst the supervisor who was dealing with my complaint was very helpful I really wouldn’t recommend bulb at all, I was left for 24 hours without an electric supply due to the bad advice given by their staff who obviously weren’t informed correctly this leading to having no gas or electric supply for 24 hours due to my boiler being electric, with 3 young children in the house and myself suffering anxiety. If you do chose bulb and have you meter changed for whatever reason make sure they give you a tag code so you don’t end up in the same boat as me!

Have always found the staff at Bulb very helpful. Shame they can’t stop the price going up.

How I wish all utilities were as easy as Bulb. There website is easy to follow and if you do need to speak to them they are always there with English speaking down to earth sensible people. Thank you. 😁

Bulb are easy to deal with. I’ve had experience of supply from numerous energy firms over the years, but Bulb is far and away the most straightforward to deal with. Everything is explained by them in regular updates, so you know exactly what shape your Bulb energy account is in. I highly recommend Bulb to anyone looking for an energy supplier they can trust to always do the right thing.

Bulb are a great company it’s real pity they’ve gone pop otherwise I’d have stayed with them for our Electric.

Don't know how Bulb will react when I have a problem meeting the enormous energy bill which carries on increasing at an alarming rate.l hope their Help dept.will have a plan.They seem to be helpful so l will award 5

Have always been impressed by the ease of contacting Bulb, sorting out payment arrangements and until the current crisis how cheap Bulb was compared to other suppliers. That may have changed a bit now but still a good company to deal with.

Still waiting to be taken off economy 7 after 2 years. I was assured this would be done remotely shortly after having a smart meter installed. I've requested it to be done several times since. I had storage heaters removed and replaced with electric radiators 2 years ago so economy 7 is totally unsuitable tariff for me to be on.

Bulb spend too much time removing thousands of honest reviews and not addressing customer issues. Bulb actions portray a dishonest company, not fit for purpose IMO.

I spent a number of weeks trying to get Bulb to transfer an existing account on the same property to me. Their system did not appear to recognise their own bill numbers. Given that the property was to be sold shortly I did not want to set up a direct debit so had to use someone on their help desk. No sooner had the account been set up when I was sent a letter threatening extra charges if I didn't a bill within 48 hours. Great customer service when the cause of the delay was Bulb. No wonder they have gone into liquidation, would not reccommend them to anyone

They give good service. Paying method is very easy, if need to top-up in between to bring your payment on track. Bulb sends us emails in advance to inform any changes to be done.

My favourite energy provider of them all. Clear pricing structure, easy to navigate website, easy meter readings submission, great customer service and communication. Add to that the green credentials, which are very important to me. I have never been happier with an energy provider!
