Fun to be a customer of that's possible. However, had had trouble trying to have two separate accounts on one email. After supplying two emails it took a time to sort too.

how can economy seven rate go up from 6p a unit to 14p a unit? not very economical is it? 3 times since april your price has risen.

Hi Joe, Thanks for leaving us a review. Unfortunately, we have had to increase our prices, as wholesale prices have continued to rise consistently over the past year. As our tariff reflects the true cost of energy, we have to increase this when costs increase too. Bulb talk a good game and you think you're getting a good deal from them. But all those on here who have only had Bulb as a supplier fror a week or two, watch out,be prepared for your bills to start skyrocketing. It will happen. And when you phone Customer services,they blame everybody else but themselves for the price hikes. Take my advice,go with another supplier,Bulb is far too expensive as new customers will eventually find out.

Bulb is the easiest app to manage your usage and bills! They also have very generous referrals if you can get your friends and family on board!

Really pleased with the service I have received from Bulb. When I switched over to them they were so helpful getting things sorted. They arranged for my meters to be updated and kept me informed all the time. So impressed I switched my mum over to.

Over £200 in credit, paying £140 pcm and Bulb suggesting I should be paying £190 pcm. Figures don't add up, very dubious company

Our suggested payment amount is based on historic usage and account balance, but sometimes historic usage figures can be inaccurate to current circumstances. Simple to set-up, clear communication, fair pricing and great Customer Service.. I had used Bulb in the past, but had to go with another provider when I first moved into my new build due to the contracts in place initially.. following the fixed period with the new provider I immediately went back to bulb as I had been so pleased with their service in the past. No complaints from me!
