The price has increased twice since joining bulb, stay clear.

I am not happy about being pressurised over smart meters. I am economical anyway and I feel that the waste caused by scrapping perfectly good existing meters is bad for environment.

Only been with them a couple of months. So far all transactions completed in a timely manner. Website very easy to use. Prices seem OK. Only slightly more than another renewables competitor although I do keep my eye on it.

Excellent service from start of contract to date with no issues and now it is easy to review electric usage with the smart meter which was installed during the first month.

Great company. I only recently joined with Bulb but what a difference I have noticed with electricity and gas I am saving money which is a great help financially

To sum up my experience with this company: 1st year paying 30£ on summer, 45£ on winter. After a year we ended paying 58£ on summer even not been at home for 20 days! Now they raised to 60£ not even taking in consideration our readings. So probably we gonna end paying 85£ of central heating or more? We leaving. Bye

Almost year with Bulb and time to say Good Bye. Their estimated bills has not nothing similar with the real world.Every three mounth increase the price per unit so honestly realy disapointed and waiting for the switch

With regards to the price increases, I'm afraid wholesale costs have increased. These increases are mainly driven by rising gas costs and we’ve had to pass this on in our tariff. What a bunch of robbers look somewhere else good at first I was paying £15 to £20 a week for electric now am paid £30 to £35 a week and even £40 ever other week look somewhere else I just left for British Gas hopefully they are better
